About the founder
Aqsa Fulara
I founded TastyVox to help restaurants answer calls, take orders, and give their teams more room for the hospitality that needs a person. A polished AI demo is not enough: the menu, handoff rules, and real service conditions have to work too.
Product and AI background
Before TastyVox, I was a Google AI product manager. Across product and customer-facing roles, I worked on voice-assistant experiences, Recommendations AI, and Google Data Studio (now Looker Studio), helping bring AI and analytics products to thousands of businesses. The point was not just to ship features, but to help customers deploy them and see measurable outcomes and ROI. That experience shapes how I evaluate restaurant AI: by the quality of the data, the real workflow, and what happens when a system is uncertain.
Earlier career recognition
Products That Count named me among its 2024 Product Manager Award winners, and Authority Magazine interviewed me about product management and AI. These recognize my work before TastyVox, not TastyVox as a company.
What we test with restaurants
We ask whether the assistant uses the right menu and policies, handles modifiers accurately, knows when to involve staff, and leaves a clear outcome for both the guest and the team. Those are better questions than whether every call can be automated.
