What reviews should I paste in?

Start with your 1-star and 2-star reviews from the last 12 months. You're looking for patterns, not individual complaints, so the more the better — up to 20.

Will this catch issues if reviewers don't mention 'phone'?

Yes. The AI is trained to recognize indirect signals: 'couldn't reach anyone,' 'placed order but they had no record,' 'waited on hold' — these all flag as phone-related even without the word 'phone'.

How is the revenue impact estimated?

Each finding gets a severity score (1–3). The annual impact range uses average restaurant order values and estimates how many lost orders the issue pattern likely represents across a year.
