No integration needed
TastyVox works without POS integration too
Many restaurants start with Live KDS — TastyVox takes phone orders and surfaces them in a standalone restaurant workflow. No POS connection is required.
When your POS integration is available, you can upgrade to direct sync without changing anything about your phone setup. Same number, same greeting, same AI — orders just land in your POS instead of your inbox.

About integrations
What if my POS isn't listed?
TastyVox works in standalone mode with any POS. Orders can be sent to your team through live KDS workflows, SMS, or print-friendly operations depending on setup.
How does the integration work?
When a guest calls, TastyVox takes the order using the configured menu and routes it through the restaurant's supported connection or Live KDS workflow. Native GoTab integration is live, connections are available for Clover and Square, and Toast is on our published roadmap.
Can I use TastyVox without a POS integration?
Yes. Standalone mode delivers completed orders via SMS and email to your team. You get the same voice AI ordering experience; orders just arrive through a different channel.
How long does integration setup take?
Setup depends on your stack. GoTab setup is typically around 15 minutes. Other POS workflows are supported with guided onboarding and standalone fallback.
Does the menu sync automatically?
Yes. With GoTab, your menu items, prices, modifiers, and 86'd items sync in real-time. When you update your menu in GoTab, TastyVox knows immediately.
